RETURNS AND REFUNDS

BEFORE making a return, contact us by email ( support@sneaked.com ) and by Instagram ( @sneaked.store ).

Any product can be refunded (except those in promotions) with the appreciation of Sneaked. Here are the return conditions:

• Return costs are your responsibility.
• The request must be made within 14 days (from the date of delivery).
• All items must be returned in their shipping conditions (labels, packaging ...).
• All damaged products can not be refunded.
• We have the right to refuse any return after a study of your request.
• We will not be responsible for any error of address on the part of the customer.

 
We refund in 7 to 14 days depending on your payment method (credit card / PayPal).
